How to Enroll or Delist Employ...

ZuriHR makes it easy to manage employee access to clock-in devices through a simple and intuitive process. Whether you’re adding new employees to a biometric or mobile device or removing those who no longer need access, follow these step-by-step instructions to streamline attendance management.

Enrolling Employees into Clock-in Devices

To enroll employees into clock-in/out devices:

1. Log in to your ZuriHR Account
   Navigate to your company portal and sign in with your admin credentials.

2. Go to the Enrollment Section
   From the main dashboard, click on “Attendance” > “Enroll Employees.”

3. Filter and Select Employees
   You’ll see a list of all employees. Use the filter options to narrow down the list by:

   • Device enrolled

   • Department

   • Region

4. Choose Employees to Enroll
   Check the box next to the names of the employees you wish to enroll.

5. Initiate Bulk Enrollment
   Click on the “Select Action” dropdown and select “Bulk Enroll.”

6. Select Clock-in Devices
   A popup window will appear. Select the devices (e.g., biometric or mobile) where the employees should be enrolled.

7. Save Changes
   Click “Save” to complete the enrollment. The selected employees are now added to the chosen devices and can begin clocking in and out.

Delisting (Removing) Employees from Clock-in Devices

If an employee no longer requires access to a clock-in device, you can easily remove them:

1. Go to the Enrollment Page
   Again, navigate to “Attendance” > “Enroll Employees.”

2. Select Employees to Remove
   Check the boxes beside the employees you want to delist.

3. Choose the Bulk Delist Action
   From the “Select Action” dropdown, select “Bulk Delist.”

4. Select Devices to Remove From
   In the popup window, choose the devices you wish to remove the selected employees from.

5. Save Your Changes
   Click “Save” to finalize the delisting. These employees will no longer be able to clock in or out using the selected devices.
