ZuriHR provides a powerful attendance management system that gives HR teams complete visibility and control over employee clock-in and clock-out records. From daily logs to monthly summaries, manual entries, and bulk actions, here's how you can efficiently manage attendance in the ZuriHR platform.
To access attendance logs:
Log in to your ZuriHR account
Navigate to “Attendance” > “Attendance Logs”
You’ll find two main tabs:
Daily Logs
Monthly Logs
The Daily Logs tab displays employee check-in/check-out data on a day-by-day basis. It includes powerful filtering options to help you drill down into specific data:
Select Employee
Select Date
Select Device
Select Department
Select Region
To add attendance manually:
Click the “Add Manual Logs” button
Fill in the necessary details (employee, device, time)
Save to register the log
The Monthly Logs tab provides a summarized view of attendance data over a selected date range. Filters include:
Select Month Range
Select Employee
Select Device
Select Department
Select Region
Both the Daily and Monthly Logs sections feature export buttons on the top right corner. You can export attendance logs in the following formats:
CSV
Excel
These options make it easy to generate reports for analysis, audits, or compliance documentation.
ZuriHR allows administrators to perform bulk actions to save time and streamline operations. Here’s how:
Select employee attendance logs using the checkboxes
Click “Select Action” and choose from the following options:
Submit for Approval
Approve
Submit for Disapproval
Disapprove
Schedule for Payroll
Remove from Payroll Schedule
Bulk Delete
These options allow for fast processing of attendance records for payroll or administrative review.
For attendance records captured via GPS-enabled devices (e.g., mobile check-in), ZuriHR includes a geo-tagging feature:
Click on a geo-tagged attendance log to open a popup window.
A map will appear, showing the exact location where the employee clocked in or out.
This feature helps verify on-site attendance and supports compliance with remote work or field assignments.
